ZM Kania przejmie Staropolskie Specjały

Zakłady Mięsne Kania podpisały przedwstępną umowę przeniesienia przedsiębiorstwa Staropolskie Specjały w celu zwolnienia z długu tej spółki wobec podmiotu przejmującego - poinformowały ZM Kania w komunikacie.
Przedsiębiorstwo Staropolskie Specjały obejmuje m.in. prawo własności oraz użytkowania wieczystego nieruchomości położonych w Goczałkowicach-Zdroju, środki trwałe, środki pieniężne, prawa wynikające z zawartych umów i inne. Strony umowy przedwstępnej zaznaczyły, iż przeniesienie przedsiębiorstwa Staropolskie Specjały spowoduje wygaśnięcie wszelkich zobowiązań tej spółki wobec ZM Kania. Wartość nabywanego przedsiębiorstwa oszacowana została na 293 mln zł.

Warunkiem zawarcia umowy jest uzyskanie zgody Prezesa UOKiK na dokonanie koncentracji.
