W małych sklepach jest taki problem, że pomimo monitoringu zdarzają się niebezpieczne sytuacje. Mieliśmy klienta, który poprosił o potrzebne zakupy, kasjerka podliczyła i poprosiła o zapłatę, a klient wulgarnie to skomentował po czym wyszedł. Wszystko się nagrało i przyjechała policja. Mundurowi nawet go rozpoznali i wiedziali kim jest ten człowiek. I oczywiście w tym przypadku, jak i kilku innych sprawach, na tym się skończyło. Dopiero niedawno pierwszy raz wśród wielu sytuacji doszło do sprawy sądowej i klient ma mi zwrócić koszty. Najlepsze jest to, że policja rozpoznaje sprawców, ale jak trzeba podać dane do sądu to nikt nic nie wie. Kiedyś też mieliśmy sprawę z fałszywymi pieniędzmi, wszyscy pracownicy złożyli zeznania a i tak nic z tego nie wyszło. Niestety w żadnej sytuacji nie mogę liczyć na policję. A były już pobicia, włamania i kradzieże… Dochodzimy do wniosku, że lepiej nic nie zgłaszać.
