Na co dzień, jak i przed świętami spotykamy się z wieloma różnymi sytuacjami. O ile na co dzień możemy poświęcić więcej czasu klientom, o tyle przed świętami mamy go zdecydowanie mniej. Przychodzi Pani, powiedzmy Grażynka po jedną rzecz i ona musi mi opowiedzieć o swojej rodzinie, o swoim psie, i w tym czasie też zrobi mi kolejkę na pół sklepu, ale muszę jej wysłuchać. Widząc mój niepokój zapewnia, że już kończy i kontynuuje swoje opowieści. Sytuacja staje się niezręczna, gdy pozostali klienci w kolejce zaczynają się denerwować. Niektóre klientki chcą mi opowiedzieć wszystko jakbym była naprawdę ich bliską koleżanką, mimo, że mogłyby być moimi babciami. Mi akurat to nie przeszkadza i zawsze wysłuchuję zwierzeń klientów. Jest to tylko kłopotliwe, gdy przy tym blokują kolejkę. A w okresie świątecznym jest to szczególnie nie na rękę. Jednak dla wszystkich klientów musimy być życzliwi, zwłaszcza tych stałych. Klienci czasami są wdzięczni i kupują mi upominki, czekoladę, kawę bądź ciastka. Przed świętami panuje naprawdę miła atmosfera. Wydaje mi się, że czasami wszyscy – zarówno pracownicy sklepu, jak i klienci – czujemy się jak jedna wielka rodzina.
