W okresie zakupów przedświątecznych zwłaszcza klientom często towarzyszą duże emocje i wszyscy dookoła się nakręcają. Była taka sytuacja, że klientka robiła zakupy i kupowała wędlinę. Była podescytowana, że wszystko w ladzie ładnie i świeżo wygląda, więc próbowała po plastrze różnych wędlin. Była uśmiechnięta i zadowolona, a jej koszyk zapełniał się różnymi rodzajami wędlin. Wszystko było super dopóki nie doszła do lady z ciastem, gdzie była spora kolejka. I w tym momencie na jej twarzy pojawił się grymas oburzenia, że nikt jej nie obsługuje. Dzięki dużej dawce opanowania i uśmiechu załagodziłyśmy sytuację i klientka wyszła ze sklepu z pełnym koszykiem i brzuchem. Jest to typ klienta, który robi zamieszanie wokół siebie a nam podnosi ciśnienie. Inni klienci są oburzeni, że muszą stać w kolejkach. I to stwarza niepotrzebne nerwy. Jednak miło obsłużeni klienci potrafią okazać wdzięczność. Jeden Pan kupował ciasto na święta i za miłą obsługę jedną blachę ciasta zostawił w prezencie uprzejmej ekspedientce.
