W prawie 15 proc. przedsiębiorstw szefowie planują zwiększyć zatrudnienie. W co piątym poszukiwani są sprzedawcy - przedstawiciele handlowi - wynika z najnowszego badania PKPP Lewiatan, przeprowadzonego z firmą doradczą Deloitte.

80 proc. firm deklaruje, że w swoich decyzjach kieruje się przede wszystkim wynikami finansowymi i sytuacją na rynku pracy. W obecnym roku 15 proc. firm planuje podwyżki płac dla pracowników a kolejne 23 proc. waloryzację o inflację. 4 proc. pracodawców ma w swoich planach obniżenie pensji.

 

Jak wynika z badania, najbardziej uciążliwymi dla przedsiębiorców przepisami prawa są: regulacje VAT, Kodeks Pracy, Ustawa o CIT, regulacje branżowe oraz prawo o ochronie środowiska.
