Prezydent podpisał ustawę ograniczającą handel w niedziele

Prezydent Andrzej Duda podpisał ustawę o ograniczeniu handlu w niedzielę. Od 1 marca 2018 r. będą dwie niedziele handlowe w miesiącu, w 2019 r. - tylko jedna w miesiącu, a od 2020 r. ma obowiązywać zakaz handlu we wszystkie niedziele z wyjątkiem siedmiu w roku - zakłada ustawa o ograniczeniu handlu w niedziele.
- Powszechny handel w niedzielę oznacza dla pracowników konieczność opuszczenia rodziny, w ten dzień, który przed laty był dniem wolnym. To moment przywrócenia normalności, pokazania solidarności z tymi, którzy pracują w handlu - powiedział Andrzej Duda.

Za złamanie zakazu handlu w niedziele przewidziano karę grzywny w wysokości od 1 tys. zł do 100 tys. zł., a nawet - przy uporczywym łamaniu zakazu - karę ograniczenia wolności.

Ustawa przewiduje katalog wyłączeń spod tego zakazu.
