Do mojego sklepu często przychodzą panowie z kartką bądź listą zakupów w telefonie. Jeśli nie znajdą konkretnego produktu z listy, to są skłonni do rezygnacji z zakupów. Ostatnio klient miał napisane na kartce „ciemne kakao” bez wskazania konkretnej marki. Akurat wśród produktów na półce żaden z nich nie miał na kartoniku napisu „ciemne kakao”. Klient musiał się skontaktować z żoną czy może być inna nazwa na opakowaniu. Panowie jednak muszą mieć słowo w słowo napisane jak się nazywa produkt i najlepiej, żeby odpowiadało to napisowi na opakowaniu. I nie może być zamiennika, bo żona poprosiła o tę konkretną rzecz. Podobna sytuacja była z majonezem Winiary, który ma w nazwie słowo dekoracyjny. Pan chciał kupić majonez do sałatki i nie był przekonany do zakupu tego majonezu bo on jest przecież „dekoracyjny”. Czasami niejednoznaczne nazwy mogą wprowadzić ludzi w błąd.
