Z doświadczenia wiem, że jeśli ktoś nie płaci czynszu za wynajem lokalu, to znacznie łatwiej mu zaoferować klientom lepszą cenę i więcej zarobić, bo może zachęcić kupujących niższą marżą. Do tego dochodzą pozostałe koszty – pensje pracowników, zus, opłaty za prąd, itd. Z jednej strony chciałoby się klientowi zaproponować niskie ceny, by wychodził ze sklepu usatysfakcjonowany, ale z drugiej jest granica, której nie możemy przekroczyć, żeby nie wylądować pod kreską. W takiej sytuacji staramy się konkurować innymi rzeczami. Sprowadzamy więc do sklepu produkty, których nie mają okoliczne sklepy, tym zyskujemy w oczach klientów i w ten sposób chętniej u nas kupują. Doszło do tego, że przychodzą do mnie i proszą bym sprowadził jakiś produkt, bo nigdzie nie mogą go dostać, a wiedzą, że z chęcią to dla nich zrobię. Każdy sposób na utrzymanie się na rynku, jeśli jest skuteczny, powinien być wykorzystywany.
