Niedziela jest takim dniem, kiedy większość z nas ma czas, żeby zrobić zakupy, więc to naturalne, że wtedy w sklepach jest największy ruch. Nowe przepisy utrudnią funkcjonowanie nie tylko nam, detalistom, ale również klientom. Nie trudno wyobrazić sobie chaos wywołany taką zmianą. Moim zdaniem wystarczyło wprowadzić prosty przepis nakazujący zapewnienie każdemu pracownikowi dwóch wolnych niedziel w miesiącu. Z pewnością firmom łatwej byłoby się przystosować do tak ukształtowanego prawa. Z mojej perspektywy niedziela jest takim samym dniem do pracy jak pozostałe w ciągu tygodnia. W tym momencie i tak pracownik, który pracuje w niedziele ma wolny poniedziałek. Dla niego to jeszcze lepiej, bo może sobie załatwić więcej prywatnych spraw chociażby ze względu na to, że wszystkie urzędy i punkty usługowe są otwarte. Najsmutniejsze jest to, że ludzie nie mają świadomości jakie konsekwencje wynikają z nowych przepisów. A zdarza się to nawet wśród osób z branży – jeden z przedstawicieli handlowych, z którymi pracuję zachwalał pomysły rządu do czasu, aż dałem mu do zrozumienia, że będę od niego zamawiał mniej towaru po wprowadzeniu nowej ustawy, bo mając sklep czynny o jeden dzień krócej, będę sprzedawał mniej towaru.
