Na święta zwykle mamy duży wybór ciast. Popularnym stało się zatem ich zamawianie przez klientów. Kiedyś zdarzyło się nam, że tuż przed zamknięciem sklepu jedno ciasto wciąż czekało na odebranie. W odnalezienie właściciela zaangażowali się wszyscy pracownicy naszego sklepu, a nawet nasze rodziny! Zaczęliśmy od przeszukania książki telefonicznej z nadzieją na to, że znajdziemy aktualne informacje. W międzyczasie sklep został zamknięty, a my rozpoczęliśmy burzę mózgów, bo poprzednie pomysły spaliły na panewce. W pewnym momencie jedna z dziewczyn przypomniała sobie, że widziała klientkę na osiedlu, gdzie mieszka jej znajoma. I to był właściwy trop! Koleżanka podała adres, a mąż jednej z pracownic podjechał do nas szybko i razem z ekspedientką wyruszyli do domu klientki. Kobieta była zaskoczona jak nigdy, bo okazało się, że zapomniała o zamówieniu! Do tej pory z uśmiechem wspomina tę sytuację i zawsze dziękuje nam za czujność.
