Mamy klientów, którzy potrafią o 6 rano zapytać czy chleb jest świeży. Pytania takie padają na okrągło. Również przed świętami czy nawet po. Może klienci myślą, że chleb leżał przez całe święta w sklepie i teraz chcemy go sprzedać. Już czasami ciężko wytrzymać takie uwagi. Zwłaszcza jak pyta o to ta sama osoba, której za każdym razem odpowiadam, że mamy świeże dostawy każdego ranka. Często klient oczekuje, że wędlina będzie cienko pokrojona i za każdym razem podkreśla ten fakt. W okresie przedświątecznym bardzo dużo sprzedajemy wędlin, dlatego często się zdarzają takie prośby. Chociaż standardowo jest u nas krojona cienko i klienci o tym wiedzą, to znajdzie się taka osoba, która prosi o to ponownie. Oczywiście muszę przestawić krajalnicę na oczach klienta, a plasterki są naprawdę cienkie. Więcej nie słyszę takiej uwagi od danej osoby. Z wędlinami jest tak jak z pieczywem, często klienci proszą „najświeższej szyneczki”. Na co my stale odpowiadamy, że towar mamy świeży, bo codziennie są dostawy.
