W czasie przedświątecznym mamy dużo więcej pracy, załoga pracuje po 8 godzin, my jako właściciele znacznie dłużej. Jest zwiększony ruch, a my staramy się zaspokoić życzenia naszych klientów. Czasami się zdarza, że przez przypadek zamieniają się zakupami. Ktoś stojąc przy ladzie weźmie nie swoje zakupy co dopiero zauważy w domu. Wraca oczywiście do nas, a my staramy się wyjaśnić sytuacje i dopilnować, by zakupy wróciły do właściwych osób. Zdarzają się też kradzieże. Nie jesteśmy w stanie upilnować wszystkiego. Dowiadujemy się o tym później przy remanencie, np. ostatnio brakowało 20 kostek masła. Jesteśmy tak zapracowani, że nawet tego nie zauważamy.
