Kruszwica chce wypłacić 3 zł dywidendy na akcję

Zakłady Tłuszczowe Kruszwica chcą przeznaczyć z zysku za 2008 r. 68,96 mln zł na wypłatę dywidendy, co daje 3 zł dywidendy na akcję.
Pozostała część zysku netto w kwocie 52,76 mln zł ma zostać przeznaczona na kapitał rezerwowy. Dniem ustalenia prawa do dywidendy ma być 18 września, a jej wypłata nastąpić ma 8 października. Decyzję o wielkości dywidendy ma podjąć walne zgromadzenie Kruszwicy zwołane na 18 czerwca.
