W naszej codziennej pracy zdarzają się sytuacje, które działają nam na nerwy, a klienci notorycznie je powtarzają. Są osoby, które przychodzą na zakupy i przy wejściu nie biorą koszyka. Podchodzą do kasy, kładą produkty, po czym idą na sklep i sięgają po kolejne. My zaczynamy nabijać na kasę zakupy tego klienta, ale okazuje się, że on wcale nie skończył i trzeba czekać aż wszystkie towary zniesie na ladę. W tym momencie inni klienci denerwują się bo tworzy się kolejka. Ale niedomyślny klient nie zwraca na to uwagi. Dalej na spokojnie kontynuuje swoje zakupy i blokuje kasę. Jest to sytuacja, która nas jako kasjerki denerwuje, ponieważ nie możemy liczyć kolejnej osoby i usprawnić pracy. Nie pozostaje nam nic tylko czekać. A może powinnyśmy zwrócić mu uwagę?
