Kradzieże zdarzają się w moim sklepie bardzo rzadko, głównie dlatego, że znam większość swoich klientów. Miałem niedawno taką sytuację z dwoma chłopcami w wieku 13-14 lat, jeden chodził z plecakiem, a drugi za nim wkładał produkty do plecaka, po czym wyszli. Oczywiście znam ich, więc pojechałem do rodziców i powiedziałem, żeby chłopcy przyjechali do mnie do sklepu. Musiałem przecież się rozliczyć z nimi i ich ukarać, powiedziałem również rodzicom, że inaczej sprawa trafi na policję. Pojawili się na drugi dzień, przeprosili mnie, a w ramach rekompensaty sprzątali dwie godziny przed sklepem. Mało tego, poprosiłem ich żeby mi rozpisali na kartce wszystko co ukradli. Zabawne było to, że rozpisali wszystko co ukradli dzisiaj, ale jak się okazało również z innych dni. Ich rozmowa wyglądała tak, że jeden pytał drugiego czy wszystko zapisali a drugi wymienił kolejne produkty. W tym momencie pierwszy skwitował, że to było w innym sklepie. Okazało się, że nie tylko u mnie dokonywali kradzieży. Ta sytuacja mnie jedynie rozbawiła, bo jestem przekonany, że po nauczce u mnie już nigdy nie będą mieli odwagi nic ukraść.
