Na przełomie 2010 i 2011 roku zostanie otwarta nowa część handlowo - usługowa centrum handlowego Jantar w Słupsku. Jednym z głównych najemców będzie Mutikino, które będzie składać sie z sześciu sal kinowych. W nowej części znajdą się również: fitness, kręgle, kawiarnie, restauracje oraz nowe marki firm odzieżowych, nieobecne dotąd na rynku lokalnym. Planowane jest również otwarcie marketu budowlanego.
Dodatkowo Multikino będzie mogło zaoferować warunki do organizowania wszelkich szkoleń, seminariów czy konferencji - duże sale, ekrany oraz sprzęt konferencyjny wysokiej jakości. Cały kompleks wraz z Multikinem obejmie łączną powierzchnię około 50 000 metrów kwadratowych.
Centrum Handlowe Jantar - pierwsze centrum handlowe w Słupsku - zostało otwarte we wrześniu 2008 roku. W Jantarze swoje sklepy otworzyło wiele marek, m.in.: H&M, KappAhl, a także RTV Euro AGD, Smyk, Empik, Pizza Hut oraz KFC i Big Burger.
