Tarczyński sprzedaje zakład mięsny w Sławie

Tarczyński zawarł przedwstępną umowę sprzedaży zakładu produkcji mięsnej w Sławie. Wartość transakcji ustalona została na 28 mln zł. Umowa przyrzeczona ma zostać zawarta do 15 sierpnia 2018 roku - poinformowała spółka w komunikacie.
Strony ustaliły, że kwota 10 mln zł zostanie wpłacona przed zawarciem umowy przyrzeczonej, tytułem zadatku, a pozostałe 18 mln zł w terminie 7 dni od jej zawarcia.

"Decyzja o sprzedaży zorganizowanej części przedsiębiorstwa została podjęta w celu optymalizacji produkcji, koncentracji produkcji w pozostałych zakładach, co pozwoli na ograniczenie kosztów, w tym kosztów logistyki" - napisano w komunikacie. "Sprzedaż zorganizowanej części przedsiębiorstwa nie wpłynie na obniżenie łącznej wielkości produkcji emitenta, która, po transakcji, będzie realizowana w pozostałych dwóch zakładach zlokalizowanych w Ujeźdźcu Małym i Bielsku-Białej" - dodano.
