ZT Kruszwica wypłaci 1,33 zł dywidendy za 2017

Akcjonariusze ZT Kruszwica zdecydowali, że spółka wypłaci z zysku za 2017 r. w formie dywidendy 30,57 mln zł, czyli 1,33 zł na akcję - podała spółka w komunikacie.
Pozostały zysk, w kwocie 10,1 mln zł, trafi na kapitał rezerwowy. Dzień dywidendy ustalono na 20 lipca, a jej wypłata nastąpi 7 sierpnia 2018 roku.

W 2017 roku ZWZ spółki uchwaliło wypłatę z zysku za 2016 r. w formie dywidendy 54,7 mln zł, czyli 2,38 zł na akcję. W grudniu 2016 r. ZT Kruszwica wypłaciły tytułem zaliczki na dywidendę 200 mln zł, czyli 8,7 zł na akcję, z kapitału rezerwowego.
