Wartość transakcji wynosi 750 tys. zł,  a jej rozliczenie odbędzie się poprzez wyemitowane w tym celu  akcje.

Jago S.A. jest dystrybutorem żywności mrożonej i lodów, współpracującym z klientami indywidualnymi, sieciami sprzedaży i punktami gastronomicznymi. Posiada Centra Dystrybucji Żywności Mrożonej w Krzeszowicach, Bieniewie koło Warszawy i Bydgoszczy.

Spółka jest właścicielem firm Family Frost oraz Hela. Nowe przejęcie stanowić będzie istotne wzmocnienie pozycji Jago S.A. na rynku dystrybucji w Polsce Centralnej.
