Kolastyna przestanie być producentem kosmetyków. Produkcję zlecać będzie firmom zewnętrznym, a sama skoncentruje się jedynie na marketingu i sprzedaży. Podjęte kroki mają prowadzić do wzrostu efektywności działalności operacyjnej.

Pierwszego czerwca Spółka podpisała pakiet umów w zakresie outsorcingu usług, a w szczególności dotyczących procesu produkcji oraz logistyki. Zmiana struktury organizacyjnej zakłada również reorganizację w obszarze zatrudnienia, w tym rozpoczęcie procedury zwolnień grupowych.

Kolastyna umowy podpisała z krakowską firmą Laboratoire L'ideal Parisien i z Laboratorium Kosmetycznym Malwa na konfekcję i produkcję wyrobów i kosmetyków według receptur Grupy Kolastyna z komponentów dostarczonych przez spółkę. Na zewnątrz zostały też zlecone usługi logistyczne. Na mocy podpisanej umowy będzie je świadczyć firma Wincanton Polska z Piaseczna.
