Zakłady Mięsne Henryk Kania spłaciły zapadające w lipcu 2018 r. obligacje serii D o łącznej wartości nominalnej 7 mln zł, co oznacza, że zakończyły proces optymalizacji źródeł finansowania - poinformowała spółka w komunikacie prasowym.
Łączna wartość obligacji, które zapadały w 2018 r. wyniosła 120 mln zł, z czego 102 mln zł zostały spłacone ze środków pozyskanych w ramach emisji obligacji serii H oraz I, a 18 mln zł zostało spłaconych przez spółkę.

- Spłata emisji obligacji serii D jest ostatnim etapem trwającego od początku roku procesu optymalizacji długu, w ramach którego spłaciliśmy wszystkie obligacje zapadające w tym roku. Nasza sytuacja finansowa jest na tyle korzystna, że pozwoliła nam spłacić część obligacji z wygenerowanego zysku operacyjnego. Planujemy w 100% wykorzystać ten okres na rozwój naszej działalności operacyjnej przy jednoczesnym połączeniu tradycyjnych receptur z nowoczesną i efektywną formą logistyki produkcji - skomentowała członek zarządu Ewa Łuczyk, cytowana w komunikacie.
