Sprzedaż Bomi w drugim kwartale jest realizowana zgodnie z planem, wyniki w tym okresie powinny być porównywalne do pierwszego kwartału. Spółka kontynuuje również prace nad integracją grupy.

Efekty procesów integracyjnych mają być widoczne w czwartym kwartale tego roku. Zarząd Bomi kontynuuje rozmowy na temat przejęć.

W tym roku grupa Bomi otworzy 2 delikatesy i 5 supermarketów. Wcześniejsze plany mówiły o 5 sklepach delikatesowych i 2 supermarketach. Na nowe otwarcia grupa planuje wydać ok. 28 mln zł, a na modernizację dotychczasowych placówek ok. 26 mln zł.

Spółka podtrzymuje dotychczasowe prognozy na 2009 rok, zakładające 1,64 mld zł przychodów ze sprzedaży i 43,8 mln zł zysku netto. W I kw. 2009 roku grupa Bomi miała przychody ze sprzedaży na poziomie 367,8 mln zł wobec 358,1 mln zł rok wcześniej, a zysk netto wzrósł do 10,84 mln zł z 7,1 mln złotych.
