Ceny konsumpcyjne w Szwajcarii spadły w maju najmocniej od 50 lat. Spadek wyniósł w maju rdr 1,0 proc. wobec spadku o 0,3 proc. w kwietniu.

To największy spadek cen konsumpcyjnych od 1959 r. Analitycy spodziewali się spadku cen o 0,9 proc. rdr. Mdm ceny wzrosły w maju o 0,2 proc., zgodnie z prognozą rynku. Bank centralny prognozuje, że ceny konsumpcyjne mogą spaść w 2009 r. średnio o 0,5 proc., a w 2010 i 2011 pozostać w okolicach zera. Najbliższe posiedzenie banku centralnego Szwajcarii odbędzie się 18 czerwca. Bank opublikuje też tego dnia swoje najnowsze prognozy gospodarcze.
