Przelew w podzielonej płatności nie jest możliwy na rachunek ROR

Ministerstwo Finansów przypomina, że zapłata w mechanizmie podzielonej płatności (MPP) jest możliwa wyłącznie na rachunek rozliczeniowy kontrahenta lub rachunek imienny w SKOK, otwarty w związku z prowadzoną działalnością gospodarczą. Tylko do takich rachunków bank/SKOK prowadzi rachunek VAT, czyli rachunek przeznaczony dla rozliczeń w mechanizmie podzielonej płatności.
W związku z tym, jeżeli nabywca towaru lub usługi dokonuje przelewu w podzielonej płatności na rachunek wskazany przez kontrahenta i ten rachunek jest rachunkiem typu ROR, wówczas taki przelew zostanie odrzucony, a płatność nie zostanie zrealizowana.
