Najbardziej denerwuje mnie to jak klienci porównują ceny produktów. Taka sytuacja miała ostatnio miejsce w naszym sklepie. O dziwo był to stały klient, który zaczął porównywać ceny do tych w dyskoncie. Takie zachowanie działa na mnie jak płachta na byka. Wiem, że ludzie nie mają aż takiej świadomości dotyczącej handlu w różnych miejscach, ale te porównania są zupełnie nie na miejscu. Nie mogłam się powstrzymać, żeby tego nie skomentować – uświadomiłam pana, że zaopatrzenie tam odbywa się na innych zasadach niż u nas. A my jako sklep detaliczny z dyskontami nigdy się nie zrównamy. Bardzo mnie denerwuje kiedy klienci porównują nasze ceny z tymi ze sklepów dyskontowych. Ale z drugiej strony mamy pewną przewagę. Klienci doceniają miłą atmosferę i to, że przy okazji zakupów mogą z nami porozmawiać. Zakupy u nas są jednoczące i wielu klientów znamy z imienia. Czego z kolei nie spotyka się w dyskontach, gdzie klient jest tylko kolejnym paragonem. U nas kupujący jest człowiekiem, a nie kwitem. I mimo, że jest drożej, to lubią do nas przychodzić.
