Niedawno przeniosłam sklep z małej wiejskiej miejscowości do miasta i odczułam ogromną różnicę. Po pierwsze mam łatwiejszy dostęp do rynku pracowników, a także bogatszego klienta oraz większe pole do popisu jeżeli chodzi o asortyment. Nie przebywam w sklepie często, mam w domu monitoring i tak naprawdę większość spraw załatwiam zdalnie, więc nie mam codziennego kontaktu z klientami, dlatego bardzo ważni są dla mnie pracownicy. Na wsi – pracować nie chce nikt. Dodatki – 500 zł na dziecko, 300 zł na wyprawkę, zasiłki, itp… i kobiety nie szukają pracy. Nawet tutaj w Starogardzie Gdańskim odczuwam takie sytuacje, osoby przychodzące do nas z urzędu pracy – wybrzydzają, stawiają wygórowane warunki i narzekają, że to zbyt ciężka praca. Rynek bardzo się zmienił i ciężko o dobrego pracownika.
