29 czerwca WZA Ruchu planuje podjąć uchwałę w sprawie wyrażenia zgody na zakup i wdrożenie zintegrowanego systemu informatycznego w obszarze handlu hurtowego i detalicznego.
Całkowity koszt zakupu i wdrożenia systemu powinien wynieść nie więcej niż 28,9 mln zł - poinformował Ruch w projektach uchwał na WZA.

Walne Zgromadzenie planuje również podjęcie uchwały o kontynuacji wdrożenia systemu finansowo-księgowego Oracle EBS obejmującego migrację na nową platformę sprzętową oraz rozszerzenie i wdrożenie tego systemu na pozostałe oddziały spółki. Całkowity koszt kontynuacji tego wdrożenia powinien wynieść nie więcej niż 10,5 mln zł.
