W ostatnim czasie Ministerstwo Finansów przekazało do konsultacji społecznej projekt nowej ordynacji podatkowej. To istotny akt z perspektywy działalności Krajowej Administracji Skarbowej, jak również sposobu realizacji rozliczeń przez podatników. Był on tworzony z udziałem Komisji Kodyfikacyjnej, która przez wiele miesięcy pracowała nad nowymi rozwiązaniami.
– Należy zastanowić się, czy obecnie warto tworzyć nowy akt prawny. Być może lepszym wyjściem byłoby znowelizowanie obowiązującej dziś ordynacji podatkowej – powiedział serwisowi eNewsrooom Mariusz Korzeb, wiceprzewodniczący Federacji Przedsiębiorców Polskich (FPP) – Obecna ustawa weszła w życie w 1997 r. W porównaniu do przepisów Kodeksu Postępowania Cywilnego to zasadniczy, nowy jeszcze akt. Nowelizacja jej poszczególnych regulacji mogłaby być lepszym i – co ważne – szybszym rozwiązaniem. Przedstawione ostatnio przepisy zakładają różnego rodzaju nowe instrumenty prawne, zarówno dla podatników, jak i dla samej administracji podatkowej – dodał Korzeb.
