Jago, polska firma zajmująca się logistyką mrożonek i dystrybucją żywności mrożonej i lodów, kupuje firmę handlowo-usługową Twój Sukces.

Spółka Jago podpisała umowę kupna firmy handlowo-usługowej Twój Sukces, której przychody wyniosły w 2008 roku ponad 5 mln zł, a zysk netto 500 tys. zł - podała giełdowa firma w komunikacie.

Wydanie przedsiębiorstwa nastąpi z dniem 1 lipca 2009 roku. W wyniku transakcji wzmocniona zostanie pozycja Jago na rynku dolnośląskim.
