Rada Nadzorcza Emperii Holding przyjęła rekomendację podziału zysku, która zakłada przeznaczenie na dywidendę 8,92 mln zł z zysku za 2008 rok oraz z zysków lat ubiegłych, poinformowała spółka w komunikacie. Daje to kwotę 59 gr. za akcję.
Do dywidendy uprawnieni są akcjonariusze, którym akcje spółki przysługują w dniu 25 sierpnia 2009 roku. Termin wypłaty dywidendy wyznaczono na 9 września 2009 roku.

W 2008 roku Emperia Holding miała po audycie 59,21 mln zł skonsolidowanego zysku netto przypisanego akcjonariuszom jednostki dominującej w 2008 roku wobec 88,42 mln zł zysku rok wcześniej. Skonsolidowane przychody wyniosły 5257,12 mln zł wobec 4424,83 mln zł rok wcześniej.W ujęciu jednostkowym, w 2008 roku spółka miała 1,42 mln zł zysku netto wobec 14,63 mln zł zysku rok wcześniej.
