Porozumienie w sprawie restrukturyzacji RUCH S.A.

2 października 2018 r. podpisana została umowa pomiędzy Lurena Investments B.V. oraz Alior Bank S.A., która przewiduje kontynuację procesu wypracowywania programu restrukturyzacji dla RUCH S.A. oraz znalezienie docelowego inwestora dla Spółki.
Na mocy podpisanego porozumienia, Bank przedłuży udzielone finansowanie, co pozwoli na przygotowanie wspólnie z KPMG planu restrukturyzacji.

Równocześnie strony uzgodniły zasady nadzoru nad Spółką w okresie restrukturyzacji, w tym skład nowej, pięcioosobowej Rady Nadzorczej RUCH S.A. w restrukturyzacji.
