Zajmuję się handlem od około 4-5 lat, ale wcześniej przez wiele lat sklepy spożywcze prowadził mój tata, więc miałem okazję obserwować wszystkie przemiany jakie dzieją się na rynku. Współczesny handel to wiele ułatwień, głównie od strony technologii. Moim zdaniem teraz łatwiej jest prowadzić sklep niż kiedyś. Samo monitorowanie rotacji towarów, zamówienia, łatwy dostęp do hurtowni, wszystko odbywa się drogą elektroniczną. Dzisiaj robimy zamówienie w systemie, jutro mamy towar w sklepie. Również samo księgowanie faktur odbywa się elektronicznie, sprawnie i szybko. A kiedyś pamiętam jak tata musiał osobiście jeździć do każdej hurtowni w poszukiwaniu towarów czy lepszych cen. Oczywiście odczuwamy bardziej niż kiedyś dużą liczbę dyskontów, ale mamy sklep typowo osiedlowy, więc jesteśmy nastawieni na inny rodzaj zakupów. Są to zakupy mniejsze, codzienne, tak zwane doraźne.
