Zabawni klienci zdarzają się, oczywiście, ale nie ukrywam, że ja również lubię sobie z nimi pożartować. Niedawno na przykład mój sklep odwiedził stały, znajomy klient. Chciał zapłacić za zakupy kartą, ponieważ nie miał przy sobie gotówki. Spróbował jedną kartą – transakcja odrzucona, potem drugą – również się nie udało. No więc poprosił, że po znajomości zabierze zakupy a wieczorem żona wróci z pracy i ureguluje należną sumę za produkty, które kupił. Oczywiście jak najbardziej od razu zgodziłam się na takie załatwienie sprawy, ponieważ znałam tego pana już wiele lat, robią z żoną regularnie u mnie zakupy, więc mam do nich zaufanie. Ale nie byłabym sobą gdybym nie zażartowała. I zanim oficjalnie się na to zgodziłam, skomentowałam sytuację: No wie pan, skoro żona już wyczyściła panu konto, to nie sądzę, aby wieczorem wróciła do domu… Klient śmiał się z mojego żartu i wracał do niego jeszcze wiele razy podczas kolejnych zakupów.
