Jak co roku przed świętami nurtuje mnie temat dopasowania dostaw. Każdego roku dzień przed wigilią jest totalny chaos. Biegamy po hurtowaniach i szukamy produktów, których akurat u nas zabrakło bądź na półce pozostały ostatnie sztuki. Szczególnie problematyczne są dostawy pieczywa czy mięsa. Ciężko jest dostosować pod klienta zamówienia, tak żeby nie zabrało i żebyśmy nie zostali z tym towarem. Jest to temat, który zawsze przysparza nam dużego problemu. Co roku jest inaczej, święta wypadają w różnych terminach i klienci chyba kupują inne ilości. Mimo, że analizujemy sprzedaż z poprzedniego roku to nigdy nam się nie udało trafić. Okres świąteczny jest nieprzewidywalny.
