Od stycznia 2019 r. Remigiusz Czernecki objął funkcję Wiceprezesa Zarządu i Dyrektora Handlowego w PPHU Specjał Sp. z o.o. i odpowiedzialny będzie za działalność operacyjną, rozwój oraz strategię hurtową grupy.
Remigiusz Czernecki jest absolwentem Uniwersytetu Ekonomicznego w Katowicach, gdzie ukończył Zarządzanie i Marketing, a także ukończył dwa kierunki Nauczycielski i Trenerski na AWF w Katowicach. Posiada również tytuł naukowy doktora z dziedziny Teoria Treningu. Nowy Wiceprezes Grupy Kapitałowej Specjał ma ponad 20-letnie doświadczenie w dziedzinie handlu i dystrybucji FMCG, a także w zarządzaniu w szczególności w optymalizacji procesów operacyjnych, konsolidacji i restrukturyzacji przedsiębiorstw. Ostatnio był Wiceprezesem Zarządu Hortex Holding SA, gdzie odpowiadał za zbudowanie kanału dystrybucji bezpośredniej, będąc równocześnie Prezesem Zarządu REN Sp. z o.o. (Grupa REN) – drugiego co do wielkości sprzedaży dystrybutora żywności mrożonej i lodów w Polsce.
