Jak je przygotować? –Wystarczy podsmażyć krótko brokuły na maśle klarowanym, zalać gorącym bulinonym, chwilę pogotować, dodać serek topiony i zblendować, otrzymując tym samym pyszną, aromatyczną i kremową zupę w przysłowiowe „5 minut" – mówi Aneta Będkowska, Marketing Manager w Sertop sp. z o.o. - Brokuły są oczywiście tylko przykładem, ponieważ szybką zupę krem możemy także stworzyć z gotowanej marchwi, selera, pietruszki lub kalafiora i odpowiednio skomponowanych z nimi przypraw. Lub po prostu połączyć serek z bulionem i podać z grzankami jako domową zupę serową.
