Żywiec zamierza wypłacić dywidendy za 2018 rok

Zarząd Grupy Żywiec, po akceptacji rady nadzorczej, planuje zarekomendować walnemu zgromadzeniu wypłatę 30 zł dywidendy na akcję za rok 2018 - podała spółka w komunikacie.
Na wypłatę dywidendy spółka ma przeznaczyć cały fundusz rezerwowy w kwocie 4,9 mln zł oraz część zysku za rok 2018 w wysokości 303,2 mln zł. Pozostałe 9,5 mln zł zysku za 2018 rok ma zasilić fundusz rezerwowy przeznaczony na wypłatę dywidendy w przyszłości. - czytamy w komunikacie spółki.
