Założyciel AmRestu odchodzi ze spółki

Założyciel firmy AmRest Henry McGovern sprzedał posiadane przez siebie akcje spółki oraz zrezygnował z zasiadania w jej radzie dyrektorów. Zastąpi go Mark Chandler, który od 11 lat pełni w firmie funkcję dyrektora finansowego.
Henry McGovern, jeden z czterech osób, które w 1993 roku we Wrocławiu założyły American Restaurants Services, sprzedał pakiet dający 10,67 proc. udziału w restauracyjnej spółce. AmRest poinformował, że wskutek tej transakcji Henry McGovern, założyciel i członek Rady Dyrektorów AmRestu, zrezygnował ze stanowiska. Tym samym w spółce zakończyła się pewna epoka.
