Sfinks ponowi emisję akcji serii P

Sfinks Polska planuje rozpoczęcie nowego procesu emisji akcji serii P. Uchwałę w tej sprawie zarząd podejmie 29 kwietnia br., zaś zakończenie subskrypcji ma nastąpić 30 czerwca br. Wcześniejsza emisja musiała zostać uznana za zakończoną z powodów formalnych.
- Zamierzamy dokapitalizować Sfinksa ze względu na zapisy umowy kredytowej i – co równie ważne - potrzeby wynikające z realizowanej strategii rozwoju. Dlatego po ogłoszeniu wyników okresowych ponownie rozpoczniemy proces związany z emisją akcji serii P. Chcemy tak zaplanować harmonogram, by w ramach tej emisji była możliwość objęcia akcji także poza okresami zamkniętymi i by mógł wziąć w niej udział pan Sylwester Cacek, który podtrzymuje gotowość objęcia akcji serii P – komentuje Dariusz Strojewski, wiceprezes zarządu Sfinks Polska SA.
