Klientki mamy bardzo różne. Jedne z nich są bardzo konkretne i zakupów dokonują szybko. Są też klientki „wędrowniczki", które przemierzają sklep w poszukiwaniu produktów, które wpadną im w oko i co chwila znoszą do kasy nowe pozycje. Kobiety częściej niż mężczyźni oczekują też, że ekspedientka poleci im jakiś produkt lub doradzi dodatkowy zakup. Nasze klientki są także bardzo rozmowne, stąd też większość z nich znamy i wiemy co nieco o ich życiu. Zakupy dokonywane przez kobiety zależą również od pory dnia. Rano, gdy dokonują zakupów w drodze do pracy, robią je szybko i konkretnie. Wiedzą co chcą kupić i na zakupy poświęcają minimalną ilość czasu. Po godzinie 9 przychodzą panie, które mają czas. Te lubią sobie pospacerować po sklepie i porozmawiać. Z kolei kobiety wracające z pracy zakupy robią dłużej, ponieważ już się tak nie śpieszą, są spokojniejsze. Po południu również ich koszyk zakupowy jest zwykle większy.
