ZPC Otmuchów zawarł z NICRE przedwstępną umowę sprzedaży nieruchomości zabudowanych w Gorzyczkach za 4 mln zł netto - podała spółka w komunikacie.
Kupujący zobowiązał się w umowie przedwstępnej do wpłacenia zadatku w kwocie 400 tys. zł netto, tj. 492 tys. zł brutto w terminie do 21 maja 2019 r. Emitent przeniesie własność nieruchomości na kupującego w terminie do 15 lipca 2019 roku pod warunkiem zapłaty na rzecz emitenta całej kwoty. Strony uzgodniły ponadto, że jeżeli kupujący w terminie do 15 lipca wpłaci 2,8 mln zł netto zaliczki, termin zapłaty ostatecznej kwoty zostanie wydłużony do 30 sierpnia 2019. - czytamy w komunikacie.

Wartość nieruchomości w księgach rachunkowych wynosiła na dzień 7 maja 2019 roku ok. 2 mln zł – czytamy dalej w komunikacie.
