Nadmierne marnowanie żywności to zmora dzisiejszych czasów – mówi Aneta Będkowska Marketing Manager w Sertop sp. z o.o. – Warto więc poświęcić trochę czasu na ekonomiczne gospodarowanie jedzeniem tak, aby maksymalnie wykorzystać wszystkie produkty z naszej kuchni. Potencjalne resztki z domowego obiadu, śniadania i kolacji mogą stać się bowiem naszymi „zasobami” do przygotowania kolejnych posiłków, na czym zyska nie tylko nasz domowy budżet, ale i środowisko naturalne. Bo nawet z kawałka szynki, miseczki ugotowanych ziemniaków i połówki cebuli można zrobić pyszną zapiekankę, po dodaniu do niej aromatycznych przypraw i np. serka topionego, będącego idealnym spoiwem „domowych resztek”. Bo serek topiony to produkt, które ze względu na doskonałą jakość możemy wykorzystać w kuchni zero waste zarówno na ciepło, jak i na zimno. Jest idealny np. do przygotowania zup kremów (z kilku marchewek i ziemniaków), domowych sosów (np. z resztek przecieru pomidorowego), a także do wkrojenia do sałatek (jeśli zostanie nam trochę warzyw po kolacji).
