Dino Polska w ramach programu emisji z 2017 r. wyemituje 1.700 obligacji o łącznej wartości nominalnej 170 mln zł - podała spółka w komunikacie.
Obligacje będą zabezpieczone poręczeniami wybranych spółek z Grupy Kapitałowej Dino Polska S.A. Cena emisyjna Obligacji będzie równa ich wartości nominalnej. Obligacje będą oprocentowane według zmiennej stopy procentowej wynoszącej WIBOR 3M powiększony o stałą marżę w wysokości 1,30 punktu procentowego w skali roku. Obligacje zostaną wyemitowane w dniu 26 czerwca 2019 roku i zapisane w ewidencji prowadzonej przez mBank S.A. Obligacje zostaną zarejestrowane w depozycie prowadzonym przez Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A. i wprowadzone do obrotu w alternatywnym systemie obrotu prowadzonym przez Giełdę Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A. lub BondSpot S.A. - czytamy dalej w komunikacie.

Dzień wykupu Obligacji został wyznaczony na 26 czerwca 2022 r.
