Niemiecka sieć hipermarketów Real, która jest częścią koncernu handlowego Metro Group, planuje w 2010 roku otworzyć w Rosji 4-5 nowych hipermarketów.

Regiony, do których planuje wejść sieć, jak i wartość inwestycji na razie pozostają nieznane. Obecnie sieć Real w Rosji otworzyła 14 sklepów - trzy w Moskwie, dwa w Sankt Petersburgu i po jednym w takich miastach jak Lipiec, Wołgograd, Kazań, Jarosławl, Niżnij Nowgorod, Saratow, Toljatti, Iwanowo i Tambow. Na 2009 rok zaplanowane zostało otwarcie jednego hipermarketu w mieście Rostów nad Donem.
