PA Nowa zbuduje pasaż handlowy dla Tesco za 15,4 mln zł netto. Budowa ma się zakończyć do 25 lutego 2010 roku.
Przedmiotem umowy jest wybudowanie pasażu handlowo - usługowego przy hipermarkecie Tesco. Wykonawca zobowiązuje się wykonać wskazane powyżej roboty i oddać je zamawiającemu, po uprzednim uzyskaniu w imieniu i na rzecz zamawiającego - pozwolenia na użytkowanie. Umowa przewiduje karę umowną za niedotrzymanie terminu w wysokości 0,5 proc. wynagrodzenia za każdy dzień opóźnienia.
