Wakacje spędzam w różny sposób, często za granicą. Obecnie, przy wolnych od handlu niedzielach staram się zaplanować wszelkie wyjazdy tak, by sklep był czynny każdego dnia. Jest to dość trudne, ale nie jestem w stanie tego zmienić. Jedną z opcji jaką daje mi sieć Groszek jest możliwość wygrania wczasów za osiągnięcie wyników sprzedaży w określonych wcześniej progach. Nie jest to łatwe, ponieważ o wygraną rywalizuje wiele sklepów, a trzeba pamiętać, że aby być branym pod uwagę należy trzymać się ściśle określonych marek, a nawet produktów. Do tego pula wyjazdów jest ograniczona. Nawet jak się osiągnie wymaganą sprzedaż to nagrody wędrują do tych detalistów, którzy osiągnęli najwyższe wyniki. Mogę się pochwalić, że udało mi się kiedyś być laureatem. Sieć funduje pojedynczy bilet, ale ma to swoje zalety. W takim gronie nie ma osób przypadkowych i podczas wyjazdu możemy podzielić się wspólnymi pomysłami i doświadczeniami.
