W dniu 23 lipca 2019 r. wpłynęło do Spółki oświadczenie Członka Zarządu i Dyrektor ds. Marketingu, Pani Małgorzaty Lubelskiej, w sprawie rezygnacji z dniem 1 września 2019 r. z funkcji Członka Zarządu. Rezygnacja związana jest z realizacją przez Panią Małgorzatę Lubelską kolejnych planów zawodowych w Grupie Heineken - poinformował Zarząd Grupy Żywiec.
Pani Małgorzata Lubelska objęła stanowisko Dyrektora ds. Marketingu i członka Zarządu Grupy Żywiec S.A. w 2011 roku. W tym czasie opracowała i wdrożyła nową strategię marketingową portfela marek Grupy Żywiec, która przełożyła się na wzrost udziałów rynkowych i zysku oraz umożliwiła osiągnięcie przez Grupę Żywiec pozycji lidera rosnących kategorii jak premium, piwne specjalności, piwa smakowe i bezalkoholowe.
