Nie będzie kar za złożenie JPK_VAT za lipiec 2019 r. po terminie

Organy podatkowe nie będą inicjować postępowań karnych skarbowych w przypadku niezłożenia JPK_VAT za lipiec w terminie ustawowym, jeżeli złożenie pliku nastąpi do 2 września 2019 r.
W związku z docierającymi sygnałami o opóźnieniach w wysyłce JPK_VAT związanych z wymianą certyfikatów kluczy publicznych dla środowiska produkcyjnego JPK, organy podatkowe nie będą inicjować postępowań karnych skarbowych dotyczących niezłożenia JPK_VAT w terminie ustawowym, jeżeli złożenie pliku nastąpi do 2 września 2019 r.

Podatnicy, którzy wyślą JPK_VAT za lipiec do 2 września br., nie muszą składać w tej sprawie żadnych wyjaśnień do urzędów skarbowych.
