W hali Selgros w Poznaniu pojawiła się nowość – specjalna szafa do sezonowania wołowiny na sucho. Urządzenie utrzymuje stałą temperaturę, poziom wilgotności oraz sterylne warunki do dojrzewania najlepszych kawałków wołowiny. Proces sezonowania pozwala nabrać mięsu głębokiego smaku oraz kruchości. Dla klientów hali Selgros dostępny jest t-bone, czyli rostbef i polędwica przedzielone charakterystyczną kością w kształcie litery T, oraz ribeye, czyli antrykot z kością. Oba rodzaje sezonowane są minimum 4 tygodnie. Mięso pochodzi z Warmii i Mazur, jednego z najczystszych regionów Polski. Steki porcjowane są na życzenie klienta.
