Bakalland podpisał umowy z trzema sieciami handlowymi

Dystrybutor bakalii, spółka Bakalland podpisała trzy umowy handlowe dotyczące sprzedaży towarów przez spółkę na rzecz sieci handlowych takich jak: Auchan Polska, Makro Cash and Carry Polska oraz Real.

Przedmiotem umowy jest sprzedaż przez spółkę Bakalland na rzecz Auchan produktów z kategorii bakalie. Umowa została zawarta na czas określony, do 31 grudnia 2009.

Natomiast umowa z Makro Cash and Carry Polska oraz Real została zawarta na czas nieokreślony. Każda ze stron może rozwiązać umowę z zachowaniem 3-miesięcznego terminu wypowiedzenia. Spółka będzie dostarczać do sieci produkty z kategorii bakalie i owoce w puszkach.
